Businiess name:  InSpa

Review content:
I had a really terrible experience at InSpa, which was unfortunate. My husband bought me a gift certificate for a facial, and I was eager for my appointment. When I arrived I was briskly chauffered to my facial room, where I was told to get in the bed. I asked where I should change first, and they said that all facials are performed in your street clothes. I was bummed. Had I known I was going to be in my clothes, I would have worn sweat pants, not jeans. The service itself seriously left something to be desired. She was peforming extractions on very sensitive tissue and it was making my eyes water. She told me to, "Hold on, I'm almost done". It was excrutiating and not what you pay almost $100 for. I noticed little to no improvement in my skin, and will never be back.
