Businiess name:  Roman Villa Restaurant

Review content:
Are you getting tired of Corporate Food? Do you wonder how much of that food has preservatives and wasn't prepared fresh? The owner of this Villa Romat prepares his own food, bakes his own bread and chooses his wine list. This is NOT a chain run by a corporation like Olive Garden which ships a lot of its food from a food factory. He makes his own pasta, it doesn't come out of a box. We go to Roman Villa quite often and it is never a disappointment. This is a place where the owner/chef will come out to see how you are enjoying the food. Does that tell you anything? The wait staff are always available if you need anything, and they don't hover over your table. If you like pizza, his crust actually tastes great at this alititude and beats other restaurants that serve premade crusts or cardboard like crusts. The prices of things on the menu are also reasonable that a family can afford. When you eat at Roman Villa you are supporting a family owned establishment, not a corporation. I heartily recommend it. Pros: Fresh made food that tastes like Italy Cons: Not open at lunch
