Ok, first of all, although this has the best food, there is no view. The restaurant itself is part of a mall in the Poipu area. However, even without a view, this is still a wonderful restaurant to go to. The food is amazing. The Poipu Sunset ( an alcoholic drink) is one of the best cocktails I have ever had...the perfect mix of alcohol, fruit, and sugars. The chocolate souffle is the best chocolate dish ever...but make sure you order as you get your meals because it takes 20 minutes to make!
