Q-Cups is similar to Tapioca Express except not as recognize as Tapioca Express. Similar drinks, I especially like the red bean drink- they actually use a lot of read bean and chunks of it is still in the drink! The services is nice and because it's situated downtown, a little harder to get to, but if your there, walk by and grab something refreashing! The crispy chicken here is really good and very flavorful.
