Review content:
The roof leaked as soon as the first rain came. They came out and did some work which SEEMED to resolve problem. Now that we have had another season, with more leaks and musty smells, I decided I was not going to mess with this company again.
I had an estimate done and the roofer showed me that A-Deal had used metal screws to hold down the ridge and so they are not even tight into the wood. The water is just following the screws into the attic the entire length of the roof with the exception of a few that they cauked when we had them return.
That is not all! Where the pitched roof meets the flat portion, they did not do that correctly so I have water that has rotted my wall and created a mold situation.
I am getting estimates now.
Bottom line is that if you are really tight for money and do not mind spending thousands to re-do the roof, a-deal is for you.
Pros: cheap
Cons: Consider work as temporary
