Review content:
I don't go here anymore but when I did it was really handy to be able to pay my bills here. If you're paying a bill though, try to get there at a not very busy time of day because EVERYONE (it seems like!) takes advantage of Vest's location and goes to pay their bills. There is also a Pharmacy and you can buy snacks, plus it's located at the heart of downtown and close to many things.
