Businiess name:  Yukihana Japansese Steak
Review by:  J. K.
Review content:
The title would normally be considered a paradox when it comes to hibachi restaurants, but that is truly what Yukihana Japanese Steak and Sushi (formerly Ninja) is all about. With only six hibachi tables (seating 8 to 10 each) and specializing in strictly hibachi and sushi, this is a special place. The tables are all cherry wood, and the interior is unexpectedly modern and fresh, not kitschy like many hibachi restaurants. The chefs are highly entertaining, and the sushi is some of the best in town.
