Well, I have lived here most of my life, and travelled also quite a bit. I have dined at many a Fridays chain restaurant, but this one infortunately, is NOT in the franchise chain. Why they chose to break the mold and go independent is beyond me? They at one point years ago, WERE very good. Now, you wait for maybe an hour, and the service AND the food is not what you expected. I would never write a review on just one or two visits, as I know the service industry can be dependent upon their staff that night. We gave this place a shot at least 7-8 times, and after that, to continue going, would just be like tossing money away in the garbage!! If you just want good drinks, and be able to sit and dine outside, then this place is good. For a family meal, do not expect much. The servers are poorly trained, the managers do not care about much, and the food itself, leaves much to be desired! Beware, save your money and head to Chili's about 30 feet down the road! :(
