Review content:
It was a real excitement to our community when we got a new, modern, up-to-date, Farmer Jack. Much to my disappointment the store is slowly deteriorating, the staff at times are without people skills and the produce leaves much to be desired. I have to laugh at myself sometimes because I think we must be the last stop on the produce truck since our produce in this store is hardly what I would consider fresh. Farmer Jacks has discontinued their Club Mom participation as far as purchases at their store and earning points. They continue to have the baby club but with the new rules of you having to reach a certain number of points by a certain time (which is a very limited amount of time) you lose your points and start all over again. Needless to say, I no longer am able to earn this reward at the store. Overall, the store is a big disappointment to me. Even though the store is so close to my home I have now started shopping at other grocery stores that have better prices, produce and nicer employees.
