Businiess name:  Yu's Old Town Buffet

Review content:
If anyone ever asked me what one restaurant I would never, ever in a million years set foot in again, this would be it. I wish I could have given this place no stars, but the rating system won't allow it. While the price for the buffet is reasonable, it was an awful experience. The buffet sections had no covers over them to protect from sneezing, etc. We had a large number of people, and we had 3 waitresses serve us. Each of them could barely speak english and it was very hard to communicate. When unwrapping the prepared napkins at our table, a number of forks had dried on food stuck to them, and some of our drinks had 'particles' in them. The worst 'dishwashing error', though, was while picking up a new plate at the buffet line, I happened to notice the plate underneath mine had a big slab of what looked like dried roast beef on it. I could not eat after that. The bills were prepared on plain white paper in the waitress' handwriting (with just prices listed, not a description of what was purchased) and 2 of our bills had errors on them. To be fair, they did have a lot of choices, especially non-chinese fare. You could also have your steak or chicken cooked to order on the hibachi grill. Since we had a large party, they did put us in a special room so it was pretty private.
