Kappel and Kappel is quite simply THE place to go to find your new home or investment property. They have been around since the 1970's and their staff has seen the many changes that have been brought to Vacaville and the area in general. They know where to buy, when to sell, and what improvements to make to get the most for your sale. Sue Bonifacio helped us buy our home and made some very strong recommendations for what to look for and what to avoid. We're VERY happy with the decision we made.
