governors square is centered around a very strange and oddly located carousel. why is it there? I don't know. does it even work? I don't know. have I ever seen anyone on it? no. This mall, while lacking upscale stores, has everything you could expect in a college town mall; except a movie theater. the nearby theater isn't very good, its small with very little parking and no stadium seating. But Governors square does have Ann Taylor, so I'm happy. :) Also, strangely across the street are some normally in mall stores, like Bombay company and Bombay company kids store. peculiar that they were not put inside the mall...
