Highly recommended by the two friends I ate there with, but we had the most UNPLEASANT experience! We all ordered burgers, their burgers were great, mine came out with the bottom bun pink, soaked in red fluid. I asked for a new bun. Then I cut into the burger and it was dripping with red fluid. I asked my friends if their burgers were dripping and they said no, their burgers were great. The waitress offered to get me a new one, I've never sent food back so I said no. Ten mintues later she came back and I hadn't touched it, so my friend said to take it back and she did. It was wonderful, the waitress was fabulous, but when the bill came out we saw they had charged me for the uneaten, raw, burger that I did not eat. The waitress said she asked the manager if she should charge us and he said yes. So he came to speak with us and said, "I saw the burger and showed the chef and we thought it looked fine, so we charged you." My husband said "I'm not trying to be an "a-word" but she didn't eat the burger, can you take the uneaten burger off the bill?" He replied "well if you aren't, in your words, trying to be an "a-word" then i'll take it off and you can talk to the chef". By this point, I felt like an idiot for sending it back, and everyone in the patio was staring at us after the scene the manager made, so we all felt embarrassed. Regardless of what they felt about my burger, I was unhappy with it. The customer is always right and in essance, they belittled me. The chef came out and said sorry but the damage was done. We eat out 4-5 times a week and this was the WORST restaurant EXPERIENCE EVER! The only bad part was the manager there, middle-age man, curly dark hair, look out for this guy because he is extremely rude and unprofessional. Garlic fries and burger did taste amazing though.
