Review content:
We used to frequent this Carl's Jr back when we lived in Medford and it used to be clean, food was good and the service was okay. Something happened. I am not sure if ownership changed hands or what, but all I can say one word-- downhill!
We do not have high expectations for fast food places. As long as we get our food within say 10-15 minutes, it is hot and the place is relatively clean, we're happy. This Carl's Jr fails all of our expectations and then some. We've had mixed up orders (and orders missing several items), cold food with lettuce that looks like it should be in the trash, wait times that were ridiculous and the restaurant itself looked dirty and unkempt on our last and final visit.
Stay away. It's an awful place.
