Review content:
I have been going to see Mary at Grettacole for over a year. She is fantastic! Nice, professional - I almost feel we could be friends in "real" life... Mary used to be the only reason I went to this place but I don't think she'll be reason enough for me to go back. Twice I have used their hair "salon" and twice I felt robbed. Both times I was way overcharged for what I got. The service is rude and snobby (for no apparent reason)... Shayla is the absolute worst colorist in the universe. She does not listen to what you want (if she asks) and she doesn't care about what she does...Both times my hair color was washed away after my first shower... When I called to complain the first time, Stephanie (the "manager") was almost blaming it on me - "maybe you wash your hair too much". They finally agreed to redo my color - which didn't last longer than the first try. Going back for the redo was the worst experience: Shayla was obviously unhappy and unapologetic. Six months had passed. Water under the bridge... I thought I could give it another try... Huge mistake! This time around, I have streaks of bleached hair that look cheap and unhealthy. I don't wan't to go back for a redo or call to complain because they don't respect their costumers with their condescending attitude... Pros: Mary for waxing Cons: Everything else Pros: Mary for waxing Cons: Everything else
