Mark Fourman's Inner Awareness Workshops create a safe and nurturing envirionment with which to delve into the physical and emotional links in one's behavior. Fourman helps unlock the connection between one's empotional past and current physical manifestations and behavior. Most students in the workshop were clearly moved by Fourman's teaching and techniques.
