I purchased my Honda on the peninsula, and for a year or so I took it to my original dealer for service.
Then I realized there was a Honda dealer tucked neatly away at Los Gatos Boulevard and Roberts Road. Imagine my surprise!
I haven't had a bad service from South Bay Honda yet. They used to be Los Gatos Honda, they've changed ownership, and name, but the service is still fast, done right, and served with a smile.
The last time, they were going to drop me off at my office, but when the van driver was late, they gave me a rental car for the day ... so I wouldn't be late for work. That is *great* service.
