I went to TaxPro for the last two years and finally switched to a private company in eastern Long Island after a colleague of mine who went to TaxPro was audited. My brother and I used to go to the owner and he would make us wait...no exxageration...for 5 HOURS after our scheduled appointment. I got the same amount of money when i went to a new person this year, and my brother got a little more. He is incredibly rude, screams at the poor receptionist all day long, and talks about himself and his personal life. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
