Review content:
The new Safeway store on Higley and Elliot is my favorite place for groceries. It is still pretty new, and it is always empty! I love that there is never any lines, and if you have a club card, the prices are pretty comparable to the other chain stores. The only warning, is do not go to the customer service desk for any reason. The manager behind the counter is a young guy, and he is very slow!! he always has to ring up my stuff a couple of times, and he overcharges, and has to ask questions if he makes a mistake. Or he will ignore you all together, probably because he knows he will make mistakes, so he avoids people.
