Review content:
We had the opportunity to have this company do some work for us and we will never hire them again for any home improvement and emergency heating needs.
In the dead of winter we lost power to our home because of fawlty wires to a connector from the house to power lines and we called this company. They had advertized at the time that they would fix your problems immediately which was not the case with us.
5 hours after we called them one of their men showed up at our door to " fix our problem." He acted like it was a burden for him to come on a weekend even if he did get time and ahalf pay for coming out to fix our problem.
He never came in the house to see if the problem was inside but went to our electric boxes, set up a ladder and saw a downed power line so he assumed thats why we didn't have power. He did hotwire the lines until the local electric company could repair it the next working day so that we could have heat.
For the ten minutes he took to do this we were charged over one hundred and seventy five dollars for time and labor.
This serviceperson was rude and I will never deal with this company again because of false advertizing that they send friendly employees out to your home in an emergency when you are in a pinch.
I am sure I was overcharged for this man doing 10 minutes of almost nothing
