Review content:
This is a wonderful new discovery of mine. On the top of a hill over looking Boston, this wonderful park has something for everyone. It has several play structures and swings for various ages. The other large attraction is the huge slide built into the side of a hill. You have to go up a huge sets of stair for a long fun ride down! Beware, it can get hot in the summer sun. There is also a playhouse, large sandbox and several picnic tables in shaded areas. The whole playground is surrounded by a huge grassy hillside perfect for picnics in summer or sledding in the winter.
They are in the process of doing several projects to further enhance the park and have events there (fireworks, Shakespeare in the Park etc...) throughout the year.
A great find.
