Review content:
The dim sum menu is superb and very accessible. Servers, and comparable to airport stuardists, roam the aisles with dim sum carts, ready for your mercy. Basically, you can choose the foods right in front of you. I will be coming back here again. If you do decide to join me, reserve a table because the wait, like the food, is pretty extraordinary (30-40 minutes when busy).
