Review content:
The staff at Waggers are a great group of people who show their love of animals in the way they treat each four-legged customer. Our dog is a bit of a challenge for any groomer. Because he had a rough early life and was part of an animal rescue he has a few unusual quirks and he really hates being around other dogs in unfamiliar surroundings. The staff at Waggers willingly takes this into account and provides him with the extra little care he needs to handle his grooming. They are very patient with him and do not complain about his nervousness. They make certain to note any special requests we have and follow them. My only complaint about Waggers is that they no longer accept credit cards for payment. For me this is an inconvenience because I do not carry the checkbook with me and often don’t carry enough cash to cover the services. Since they do not accept credit cards I must remember in advance to grab the checkbook or get cash. Otherwise, however, I have no complaints and have been very happy with the results.
