Businiess name:  Sapphire Restaurant

Review content:
We eat here regularly because it is so convenient, but our favorite part of this restaurant is the Wednesday night vegetarian buffet (we go other nights as well, but prefer having all vegetarian). They serve dishes here that aren't on their menu, and that I have never seen in any other Indian restaurant. And the selection is different every time we go...something you rarely see in a buffet. The staff are super-efficient and the manager always greets us personally. The only bad thing is that the food is often not as hot as I'd like, and we have to dig to the bottom of the serving trays to get to the hotter food. For really great Indian food, we normally go to Akbar in Columbia, but they've been lacking lately, and are much farther away. I'm giving this restaurant four stars for what it is...a local shopping center restaurant. It's not fine dining, but it is a nice surprise for what it is and for the price.
