Bubble Lounge is a fantastic space for a party (in fact, they are closed on Sundays specifically so that they have both floors available for that purpose). Call to check on prices for the downstairs lounge for your next shindig.
The large plush chairs invite you to sit back and enjoy your bubbles in style, complemented by votive candlelight. BL has been around for 10 years and some may say that it is "over"...I think it is just settling in. It doesn't have to be an elite hotspot for you to take a trip down to Tribeca for a good champagne or an American methode champagnoise (they serve both). Their tasters (food to go with your bubbly) are from some of the best vendors in NYC such as Petrossian & Lady M.
