Brian is awesome. I walked in off the street one day with a very complicated Celtic design, and he didn’t hesitate. He did a great job, and I’ve been back several times since.
The location is great, and the atmosphere is less…haughty than other tattoo parlors I’ve been to in Philadelphia.
The prices are reasonable.
And of course, they’re clean.
