Review content:
They are great for a few reasons: #1) She was able to give me a ballpark figure as to the cost and advised me that after 3:30 it was considered overtime so she made sure I made the appointment time early enough. #2) They called to say he was running 5 minutes late because his last job ran late (so courteous!). #3) He entered the house and ASKED if he could remove his shoes . . . HE ASKED US!!! HOLY COW! #4) He explained, in detail, what he was doing so that should we ever have a similar problem we know how to shut off the water and how to fix it if need be. #5) Rather than make you pay right then and there they invoice you because even they don't know the final cost of things until the job is done . . . so they don't want you to be left with a figure you can't actually cover at that minute and then bounce a check or max out a credit card.
