my husband and i love italian food so we were happy to give Ragazzis a try as soon as we moved here. we were greeted by a nice hostess and seated right away. we thought this is great! the setting was relaxed and all seemed well. but then the rude waitress arrived and it all went down from there. she had an attitude problem and drink refills were impossible to get. not to mention that the food was horrible. the pasta sauce was cheap and runny like water. and it tasted awful. my husband and i were both sick for 2 days. i would never go back to this restaurant again and would advise all to do the same.
