Review content:
I initially considered Chelsea on the Square Apartments when shopping for a new residence. A few months after selecting another location, I drove by this complex and am quite satisfied that I didn't end up choosing this place. The actual complex is far cry from the advertisements in books and online. It looked really cheap from the outside, and some unit buildings had lights out or broken fixtures. The trash dumpsters were overflowing, and it just looked really, really unkempt. The price may be right, but visit before renting here.
