Review content:
It was an ok experience. Fuel and AK were very nice and professional. However, the used car Manager not only came off very misogynistic but unprofessional and angry as well. Also, even though the salesman I worked with were very kind, they rushed me through all of the specs of the car once the car was delivered to me. I was there for 5 1/2 hours. I would’ve appreciated the salesman taking more time to show me all of the bells and whistles that the car has. I’ve had it for a week and I still feel like I don’t fully understand what this car is capable of. The finance team was wonderful and I’m happy that I now have become a part of the Lexus family.
