Terrible experience and customer service!!!
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I had a terrible experience. First off I saw the listing off of Cargurus and the price was $1,000 cheaper than what was listing off their website. When I called to inquire about the vehicle I had asked what the OTD price was and I spoke to Hagop. He informed me that the pice was $44,700. I said I'll make an appointment as long as I can negotiate from this number, Hagop had told me they never lose a customer price wise, so I agreed on an appointment. I had also asked if the vehicle came with a second key fob, I was told he would find out and I told him sounds good. He informed me that if it didnt the used car manager would get me on COMPLETELY FREE, this was through text so i have proof (this should have been my first tell, to harp hard on when i signed the paperwork) this was on Thursday October 10th.
When I arrived, Hagop was not available so I was told I'd have to speak with some one else and then they referred me to someone else. When I saw the vehicle I saw sun damage and hood damage that was not shown in any of the pictures. After I mentioned it to the sales person I asked if this could be fixed since it's sun damage, he said he could ask about it. I also mentioned the Cargurus price was $1,000 cheaper and the sales person told me that was completely false, i told him that if that was the case they were falsely advertising the vehicle price, the sales person told me that "THE DEALERSHIP AREN'T THE ONES WHO POST THEIR OWN VEHICLES ON THIS SITE" ( Second tell for me) and that they will have to file a complaint to the site. One quick search on google says that the dealerships ARE THE ONES WHO POST THEIR OWN VEHICLES FOR SALE. When I spoke numbers to the sales person he gave me a number completely different than the OTD price I had gotten over the phone. He quoted me $47,700. I was appalled as the price was several thousand above what I had been previously told. (CANT POST FULL REVIEW)
