West side Eyecare is a very unprofessional company! If I could rate them zero stars I would. They are located on 5101 Coors Blvd NW and we saw Dr Rodriguez. My son went in for an eye exam on July 3, 2023 and my son needed contacts. After waiting over a month, on August 9, 2023 we finally received his contacts and when he tried them on they were completely blurry. I called west side Eyecare and told them that these contacts were not working for him and he was seeing very blurry with them on. So I asked if we could make an appointment to see Dr Rodriguez again to get this corrected and I was told that the contact company made an error and that she would not make another appointment because they will, “no longer do business with us.” This is not my mistake and for them not to assist and correct the mistake is uncalled for. This company is very unprofessional and to me this seems like something is wrong with this company. I would never trust this company with my eyes or my family ever again.
So sad how a company cannot man up to their own mistakes!!
