When I first came to The Center I was very skeptical of how a 4 week program would change my life as I was struggling to get out of bed and was incapable of focusing my attention for more than 2 hours at a time. From the moment you enter the Center two things are clear: 1) Everyone is welcome no matter how you are feeling, what you have gone through or what brought you here 2) Your focus is only getting yourself better. Everything else is taken care of by the Center. I can say that in 4 weeks the actual skills I learned to help deal with my depression and anxiety will be a lifelong habit that has changed my life. The only thing I can say is that I wish I attended it sooner and stayed longer.
