Review content:
On Tuesday March 21 2023 An in person meeting was done without Francesca Ramos (legal acting attorney) present to sign legal documentation. Contract had miss spelled name, missing two required signatures. Within less than 24 hours (Wednesday March 22 2023 AM) a decision had been made to longer retain Ramos immigration law firm for legal service due to our belief of underperformance. A refund of five hundred retainer fee was requested, then denied. After leaving a message (Thursday PM March 23 2023) requesting a phone call from business owner for a reasonable explanation, an employee returned my call the following day (Friday AM March 24 2023) whom stated the case cannot be discussed with myself due to the absence of the client's signed consent wavier. At this time I asked my mothers husband (individual seeking immigration legal services) to called their office back, once again he ask for refund of his five hundred dollars. Whom at this time was told due to company policy no refund would be surrendered. I was told once more she was out of the office with a family emergency, I proceeded to stated I would move forward with negative review. Within 30 seconds Francesca Ramos (business owner) was on the phone with me. I explained the situation, once more requesting a refund since this is a lot of money to my mother and her husband. This conversation last 37 minutes of back in further had included name calling towards my mother and her husband to include “are they mental” “they did not understand anything” “they are liars” ect…. At the end of the conversation Francesca Ramos ha
