Overall, the experience was 8/10. It was very good. I was very nervous when I came here. I didn’t know how good the nurses would be; or if they’d care. But, I was quickly comforted by caring staff. Rickelle was always very positive, upbeat, nice, and hustling to get things done. LaTonya was very nice/good. Charlotte was very good. She knew how to make things into an ideal situation. Bob was so nice. He took time out of his day to come wish me a Merry Christmas. He’s always friendly. He even covers for his employees when they’re not here. Alex was great as well. I made a lot of progress. When I finished surgery, I had a hole 5 inches tall and 4 inches wide. Now, it’s almost completely filled in. Jill did a really great job healing me. It was a good experience, and it meant a lot to know how kind and caring everyone was.
