For over a decade now I have come to rely upon Reiner for any HVAC service needs.
A few months ago, Rich D, Anthony G, Peter P, and Connor M were my new HVAC system installation "A team". Along with salesman/engineer Rich S. these Reiner Group employees helped make the process as smooth as possible. For the past 15+ years, I have been very pleased with Reiner Group maintenance on my former Lennox HVAC system and so after my 22 year old furnace developed problems, I decided to upgrade to a whole new Lennox system - gas furnace, central A/C, central air filtration & humidification and programmable thermostat.
Rich S. reviewed my old Lennox system and provided several upgrade options appropriate for my residential home. He took time to explain technical aspects and answer my questions. Installation was scheduled within 2 weeks of signing the contract. My Reiner "A team" performed the one day installation in a highly coordinated and professional way. Worksite was kept very clean and I am very pleased with their work. Highly recommend Reiner Group, a northern New Jersey company, for anyone's HVAC needs.
This high quality of work continues with the recent installation of a new attic vent fan motor. Rich S and Mike, the technician were most helpful. For me, my all new HVAC system is something less to worry about. Peace of mind.
