I have been working on computers before these guys were born, just not familiar with windows 10 and office 365 install. I don't need some ignorant technician telling what a piece of crap my computer is as soon as he walks in the door. he also doesn't want to hear the "background" info and then tells me he knows how to fix it because he knows what he is doing! I would have thrown his ass out of the door if I didn't need this computer to work.so ignorant, here is a tip keep your mouth shut and do what you were asked to do. He did get it fixed and became nicer but it was too late, just wanted him out of my house.
