Don’t take my word for it… Just try to call them. You get courtesy hung up on after 40 mins on hold. Once you eventually start working with them live it doesn’t get any better. The activation reps have zero technical understanding. If your system doesn’t immediately connect and start working they have no idea how solve even the most basic issues. I had to watch YouTube videos to figure out how their alarm grid software (that I can’t access) worked and what their “default” settings were in order to go back into my system and figure out where the mismatch was. As it turns out, it was exactly what I had suspected and their tech had dismissed. All I had to do was to enable the communicator inside of the panel and to clear one of the touchscreen consoles off of their default address of 2. Their tech sent me a link to use Telnet to try to figure out why my “internet isn’t working” despite me repeatedly demonstrating to them that my internet worked fine all the way up to the point where it connected to the panel…The tech told me they have no level II support and if he couldn’t fix the issue, no one could…
