This man does not even deserve 1 star. Imagine children from loving, stable, home surrounded by community, friends, family and doing exceptional at school. Probably 500 people could testify about how the children are, how the mother is, and what type of nurturing, loving, supportive home. He played a dual role as social investigator, GAL (paid) and even took steps further to diagnose and recommend treatment for mental illness while not even evaluating? Seem corrupt? It gets much worse. Imagine now, the children being ripped away from the safe and stable parent residing with entire life for no reason and now put with the abusive Fatherland the Mother to have supervised visitation. It sounds so crazy but unfortunately this is all true. Dr. Firpi has sided with the Father again, after being negated at trial.But, his saga continues as he seeks revenge and vindication all at the expense of a child - which his sole purpose is to investigate. When one doesn't investigate and takes one parties' word as fact and spits it into thier report that is true definition of bias. What GAL sees a child once in 6 years? Beware of this man and his attempts to create a lawyer/Judge dream team - he is also known to frequently get counsel for him as well. Google search and find all the appeals and issues. Look up Kidside Miami - he was a past president and several of them are allies for thier cause of making money and ruining families. His frequent allies are: Judge Judith Kreiger, Judge Ruiz, Judge David Young, Judge Scott Bernstein (young husband) Judge Karlan. Attorneys involved by representing him, being on the side supporting the person Firpi sides with include: Raquel Rodriguez, Steven Pullman, Leinoff, Michelle and Anastacia Garcia, Ambramowitz, Kauffman, Aileen Fernandez Mesa, Robert Orshan (Judge's husband) (Also several of these appear as experts or GAL's to help support him.
