Billy, I paid for and chose your "professional installation" on my truck and all I received was a hack job and excuses. Your installation guys trashed my dash, left broken pieces down inside the defrost vent and even left a razor blade in the floor of my truck along with all the shavings you removed from my dash. after trying to fix what your team screwed up. You, your installation manager, the salesman and the installer left the razor blade and debris in my truck even after I brought the truck back at your request and showed it to you! You even tried to blame me for your piss poor installation and breaking my phone holder. You also tried to say it was my fault for the repairs you tried on my dash, that didn't work and looked way worse than before you tried to do the repair of my dash that your team screwed up to begin with. I had to remove the super glue you left running down the side of my console and clean the super glue off my carpet. There should never have been super glue used in any part of my radio installation! Super glue is used for something that is broken. There is not one part of anything in this world that uses super glue as part of their manufacturing process. Yet, you have it on hand for your "mistakes" and try to blame the customer. Please explain, which part of this is offered as your professional installation?
