Forced to give 1 star to leave a reply otherwise it would be ZERO stars. We ordered on Sept 23rd. Received yesterday Sept 30th. We ONLY received the top of the shuffleboard table - NO BASE (legs) so it is useless no speed bead wax was included either.. but that doesn't matter as there is no base/legs! The top butcher block piece has several horrible looking marks where the putty or ( ?? ) that holds the wood together is off colored and looks extremely flawed, also what appears to be 'burn' marks on the table top under the sealer. We have spent hours on phone with couriers and gametables4less (owner hung up on us this morning) trying to find out where the base/legs of our table is. The delivery driver told us that they received ONLY 1 BOX to be delivered to us, three hubs of this courier all said exactly the same thing and the courier has been professional, kind and helpful the entire time. GameTables4Less will yell, hang up, and not respond. They charge you full price, $1,300 but send you only a TABLE top (flawed btw too) which completely useless because there is no base/legs to set it on top of. The owner was extremely rude and argumentative told us it was OUR problem the courier didn't give us two boxes.. WHAT? Do NOT give this company ANY of your money. The show nice photographs, and send you counterfeit quality items.. and you may not even get the ENTIRE piece, as in our situation. BEWARE! Should not be allowed to conduct business online. Filed a BBB complaint and suggest everyone does the same and get this company shut down.
