Very unprofessional when it comes down to addressing concerns and I've been coming to them for almost 11 years . I'm a very loyal customer I spent thousands and thousands of dollars and I never had an issue until now.
Sandra braided my hair and I asked her for small braids . She tried to arguing with me over the size braid and tried to get her ways. She is very unprofessional and rude. She asked me to pay $300 for small braids and I am willing to pay. I paid and went to home. When I got home and checked my braids back and I didn't realized that she braided small braids edges and side part. She braided big size braids middle and back. I was so upsetting and came back to them to addressing the issue. Sandra didn't seem concerned and didn't care. She pissed me off how she acted when i confront her....She is very unprofessional!
I keep braids in only one month and my braids so loose. I had to take it down. I was not happy. She stole my hard earned money. she is a rip off. I will never come back there again. I told my sister, cousins and niece don't go there no more. Don't go there! Not worth to spend money!
