Review content:
Office was busy but no excuse to leave a person and a barking dog waiting in an exam room for 45 minutes before doctor came in. Doctor took dog for vaccines and brought him back in 10 minutes. I was told to wait there until they came back in with take home meds. It was another 20 minutes wait and they still weren’t back. All in all, I was in this exam room for 1.5 hrs. My daughter finally called me from outside and told me not to wait in there anymore. She was at outside window trying to pay bill. The 3-4 girls in office were screaming and hollering at her when she started questioning about our wait. They were rude and very unprofessional. I worked in a doctors office myself and I never would have treated a patient like we were treated. One girl was even making faces up to the window and was sticking her tongue out! Unbelievable!! Needless to say, we will never be going back there again.
