The worst front office staff and manager. Shockingly rude. We'd only been here once before. I sent my teenage boys to their second appointment, after confirming SEVERAL times when they called me via phone. Also confirmed via text, as well as filled out covid questionnaire the night before. My boys were told they did not have an appointment when they showed up minutes before. They were sent to a different floor by staff, after showing up at Tooth Town and being told they didn't have an appointment there. I was called 3 minutes after the appointment time and left a message that they were a no show. When I called to discuss, I was given an excuse that they were early and it was confusing, and blown off and asked if I'd like to reschedule. I called a week later to discuss again and possibly give it another chance (as I was in the middle of travel the first phone call) I asked to speak with the office manager. To say I was treated appallingly horrific by both the first receptionist and office manager is an understatement. I was told my boys showed up looking disoriented?!? They are 17 and 13. Very capable of this sort of thing. They visit their orthodontist regularly without me. To try to blame my kids for their mistake, completely and unapologetically is shameful and poor customer service. The way they spoke to me was shocking. Coupled with the fact that BOTH my boys commented separately on their first visit that they were rough during cleaning, something they've never said before? AVOID THIS PRACTICE. They obviously don't like what they do. Don't be fooled by their cheery confirmation calls.....
