Susan IS rude. If not blatantly obvious , then passive aggressive/sarcastic rude. Example , when she worked at Shelby Animal Clinic , she called me 3 times to see what we were going to do with our sick dog...??!! (Guess they hoped we would use them for cremation thus overly charging on that as well.) Then she worked at Alabaster Post Office , where I had never been waited on by her , so I don't know how she was there , to be honest. But , on 2 occasions at the Pelham , Alabama Post Office , she was very condescending to a hispanic man. And , when I was waited on by her , she made a comment like : "It's good someone knows how to do their packages..." , like I'm supposed to be relieved that she approves of me.If I'm not mistaken , taxpapers pay for this government worker's paycheck and benefits.I guess next she will be working at another nearby post office...( red flag ).....
