0/10 would NOT recommend to any property looking to contract a towing company because my leasing department is about to hear it from me and it will cost them to equivalent to a day's pay to remedy the situation that this company put me in due to their lack of due diligence and complete incompetence. This company towed my vehicle from my apartment complex's parking lot. I have a parking permit on my side window. I park in the same spot every day. When I called to ask if my car was towed they first told me to hold and then HUNG UP THE PHONE. I called back and asked again if they had my car and they confirmed they did have my car and that it was towed for not having a permit. I said "It does have a permit, its on the side window." They drank a magic seeing potion and actually spent more than 5 seconds in the dead of night to inspect my car for a permit sticker where they suddenly found that I do - indeed - have a permit sticker. Then they had the audacity to let me know "The car is yours, free of charge." Well yeah, I know. It should have never been towed in the first place, but it's not exactly free of charge when I have to take a $50 uber down to South Philly and miss a day of work. When I arrived they tried to make me sign a release that detailed the "reason for tow" as "not having a permit". I refused to sign something that said that because the real "reason for tow" was their complete incompetence in performing their job. If you are looking for a company to contract for towing services - look elsewhere because I guarantee you this company will result in you having either legal fees or mediation charges for having to dispute their ridiculously inept services.
