Watch this place. This is not the old Swope group. I had a pre approval from the Cadillac side of the business and was told by sales guy it would transfer to Honda World. That was not true or they did a bait and switch. It got worse from there. They ran my credit against my approval but told me they needed a credit app form with mt packet. As a veteran I was put in a bad situation because I told the sales rep I was working on a refi thus I was only going to use my pre approval amount. They ONLY care about selling a car. Even after the ran my credit multiple times the didn't even use the new pre approval I had gotten from another company. At this point I needed a car and I accepted a deal. Watch your deal, if you understand the process don't let yourself be lied to. The guy I dealt with I have know for 20 plus years who did a lot of telling me he got me when they asked for more information but he didn't do much to convey my wishes to the finance people my intent. When I signed the manager that did the paperwork acted shocked when I explained what was going on. THIS WAS BAD BUSINESS.........
