Everydry technicians were very professional in responding to a problem we had in our basement in Hobart, IN that was under the Everydry warranty. They listened carefully to the problem and were very responsive in regard to getting the issue fixed. They even helped give advice in regard to how to better manage humidity issues in our basement.
