Review content:
I brought in two jackets, they lost one and tried to give me a different one than what I turned in. It wasn’t mine and I didn’t want it and so I was told I would be given $18 "Store Credit". Ellen, in Customer Service, first adamantly claimed she had NEVER talked to me and that no one had told me that but then she magically remembered talking to me and claimed that I was told I would get a “Gift Certificate” for only $15, which is not true, and then told me it had been mailed to me although I have never gotten any kind of gift certificate or correspondence from them. Then, she called and left a very condescending and snotty message informing me that the jacket was STILL hanging in the store. But, it is the jacket that is NOT MINE! I turned in a BLACK ADOLPHO jacket and want to give me a CHARCOAL GRAYISH LOOKING SAVANNAH jacket. I don’t understand why she is so confused. I just want my compensation for the jacket they lost and I’m tired of arguing with them about it and basically being accused of lying!
