This Kindred Hospital is a totally different experience from the one in Coral Gables, Florida. Jennifer was amazing to work with for the transfer of my stepmother. She kept me informed every step of the way. The CEO contacted me almost immediately after my stepmother arrived at their facility. They have kept me informed at every step of what is going on with her care. They understand how important family is and was; even willing to work with me to get the first visit scheduled outside of their normal hours. The hospital was clean and the staff were very pleasant to deal with. The case manager contacted me within 24 hours of her being admitted, and walked me through their process and when I will be updated with everything going on. They have taken every precaution to protect the patients from the epidemic that is currently spreading across the world. So far, I am very impressed with the staff and facility.
